Our Referral Connect program is aimed at making the process of referring your clients even easier and JMC Homes offers a competitive referral compensation fee*.

How to Register Your Client

Complete the form linked below with the names and contact information for you and your client(s).

You will receive a Docusign agreement via email. When you sign the agreement, it will be sent to your clients to sign. Once all clients have signed the agreement, it will be finalized by a JMC Homes representative and made available to our sales agents.

When your clients arrive at a JMC Homes community, the sales agent can look up the agreement and know that they are working with a real estate professional. The registration is valid for 30 days.

*Referral Fee amounts are subject to change at any time without notice. Please contact a JMC Homes sales representative for current details. Referral fees will be paid only to the referring Broker; the Seller will not permit the referring Broker to assign, transfer, or gift the referral fee to the Buyer or any other party. The Referral Fee will be based on the amount offered at the time the Purchase and Sale Agreement is executed and will only be paid upon the successful close of escrow. Referral fees are calculated as a percentage of the base purchase price (prior to options or any extras).
