Residence 1

The one-story Residence 1 focuses on space. It has large, open gathering spaces as well as separate spaces to get away. The kitchen features a large walk-in pantry. An oversized island with room for seating separates the kitchen from the dining area and the great room. A covered patio can be accessed through a double sliding glass door to extend the living area outside. The luxurious master suite features a large walk-in closet, a walk-in shower and a freestanding soaking tub. Just off the kitchen are the secondary bedrooms with two more bathrooms and the laundry room. The study that is just off the entry can also be built as a teen room or a fourth bedroom.
