Residence 2 is a spacious one-story home with a separate 626 sq. ft. guest suite with one bedroom and one bathroom. A wide portico leading to a private courtyard forms a grand and welcoming entrance to either the main home or the private guest suite. To one side of the entry is a study and the inside entrance to the separate guest suite. A large family room, dining area and kitchen create an open space for entertaining that is connected to the outside by a covered patio that can also be built as a California Room option that includes a fireplace and rich ceiling treatment.
