Relief Agent

At JMC Homes, we pride ourselves on crafting beautiful, high-quality homes that meet the diverse needs of our home buyers. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dedicated Relief Agent to join our team and support our sales and customer service efforts.

Position Overview:
As a Relief Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and prospects during the lead agent’s days off. You will be responsible for assisting with sales inquiries, providing product information, and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the absence of regular staff.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide detailed information about our homes, communities, and the buying process.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure continuity of service.
  • Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Active DRE sales person or broker’s license, in good standing
  • Previous experience, preferably in new home sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
