JMC HOMES ANNOUNCES A NEW RELEASE WITH ONLY THREE QUICK MOVE-IN HOMES LEFT AT MIRA BELLA IN ROSEVILLE

With only three finished homes left, JMC Homes has released seven new homes for construction at Mira Bella in Roseville. The new release includes two fast selling one story homes priced from $349,990. These 1,842 square foot Balboa plans have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The popular two-story 3,302 square foot Carmel plan with five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms is also included at $439,990.

Two of the homes on the new cul de sac are 2,606 square foot Newport plans on extra wide lots allowing for an additional detached one car garage with a shop space. The Newport plan has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a three car garage. Both homes are priced at $429,990.
