Zero Down in Roseville

The thing that surprises my home shoppers the most is when I tell them how they can get a new home in Roseville with Zero Down.

The days of those no-down creative mortgages are over, but here at Longmeadow buyers can take advantage of the School Facility Fee Grant. What this grant allows is for a first-time home buyer to buy a home with no money down. You are technically a first-time buyer if you haven’t owned a home in the last three years. The grant can be used for the down payment and some of the closing costs. The rest of the closing costs can usually be covered by incentives. You really can get into a new JMC Home without stressing about where to get the down payment. It’s a shame more people don’t know about this, it offers such opportunity.
