Three New Models at Providence

The new community of Providence by JMC Homes is celebrating a New Model Opening this weekend at Madeira in Elk Grove from 10 am to 6 pm. Three new models homes have been added to the line-up. Downstairs master suites, dual master suites and extended family rooms are included in several home plans at Providence. All of the homes have three car garages and expanded garage options are available. The new homes are priced from the low $300,000’s. Providence is located just South of Elk Grove Boulevard, off Bighorn Boulevard, within two miles of two popular shopping centers, a new middle school and high school as well as many restaurants.
